What happened to the Neo-Philidor?

Unless I'm crazy, around 10 years ago (or less!), the Philidor via transposition from the Pirc Defence was called "Neo-Philidor" – but *now*, every source I consult, says the terminology is "Lion Variation".

So... Did it *really* change?
