What are the most complex chess variants?

Chess is very complicated, with about 10^120 possible games! But there are chess variants out there much more complicated than normal chess.

Crazyhouse and Bughouse for example, could almost go infinitely!

What are the most complex variants you can think of?
(and could all of them put together beat the game of Go?)
Let's share our thoughts!
They're not that much more complicated, but I like chess with variant pieces. Grand, Embassy, and Knightmate chess are a few. Come to think of it, it would be nice to have that on lichess.
Also extinction chess, where the goal is to capture one class of pieces, be it pawns, knights, king, etc.
i am not so sure that bughouse or crazyhouse are more complicated than chess. they are certainly less explored though and this leaves more room to creativity maybe

Also i m not a fun of the expression " beat go"
Go is a completely different game where calculation is important of course but in the state it is right now intuition is more important than chess

But this doent mean it is more complicated than chess nor less ,its just a different game

But if you are really into complicated stuff then I have a suggestion for you : Women
try them, they havent be solved by computers yet
"Each player has a set of 402 wedge-shaped pieces of 209 types. The players must remember 253 sets of moves."

Wow...
