Yeah, right now there is an actual problem of users coming back and immediately claiming a victory due to opponent leaving after a server crash.
It even happened to me during a tiied position game, where the guy didn't even claim a tie, and I had more than 9 minutes remaining.

I will close my account in the afternoon without the complete restore of my ratings.
