Daily Puzzles

I typically do the puzzle of the day shown on the home page every day if I'm going to start a puzzle grind. And have noticed they are always in the 1800-2200 puzzle rating range. Are they the same puzzle for players of all ratings on the site, or is there a way to cater to individual play levels of the user logged into lichess? It interests me in the idea that some people may not look into trying them if they're on the extremes of very unlikely to solve it, vs too easy.
