If you repeatedly change the Board size(Ctrl +, Ctrl -), the numbers are restored.
My browser is Google Chrome, all time. I have Win XP other PC with 7 and other with 10. All the platforms and the same browser are making problems with clock. I just changed to be sure that the problem doesnt appear just with one PC.

Did you just take a picture of your screen with a camera?
It also happens to me sometimes (clock is working, but doesn't display the time - that's specially terrible in bullet :-o)
