New kind of Chess game pop out in my head

So it soo late at night and suddenly crazy idea pop out in my empty head. What about you play a game.. with white and you move ur 1st move.. then your opp... and then chess board is switched and now you have black and after couple of move you have white again and so on so on until someone checkmate other... so what you think
I sounds very difficult, because if your are about to mate someone you might switch sides and lose. And whether you play good or bads moves you either set your opponent up for something good, or make yourself lose. But it's is not a bad idea at all!
Maybe just maybe what about that switch to be random.. whenever engine/computer/site decide at any point in the game. Say whole game 5 switches or 10 ... so you never know when is the next switch..
I think it would only be fair if you knew how many turns it would take to switch before the game, or if the game creator could choose like 3 or 5 or 10
Some would call it crazy... I think it is genius to imagine what has not yet been concieved. One way of scoring would be the use of a scoring engine like we have for analysis but for 'player' rather than color. I think the different styles might fry the server's chips -- now THAT'S A GRAND MASTER.
That is a good idea. Maybe the number of turns between switches should follow a predetermined sequence, such as 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.
Then a whole new element of strategy comes into play: make a ploy to win.... if it is unsucessful, then sabotage your own position in prepartation for the switch. Perhaps black & white checked scarfs could be worn & secret societies formed..... random may be required or randon & regular versions made
could potentially be very fun or not fun at all, i like the idea though
