GM Daniel Sadzikowski

Hello everyone!

My name is Daniel Sadzikowski. I am 30 y.o. and live in Goczalkowice Zdroj (Poland). In 2017 I received the Grandmaster title.
I studied Management at University of Science and Technology in Cracow and graduated bachelor, but now I am focused on playing and teaching chess.

I have been playing chess since I was 3 years old. When I was 16, I became V-ce World Champion U16. One and two years later I won a gold medal in European Team Chess Championship. When I was 18, I made my last IM-norm and few months later I became the International Master.
My greatest year was 2017: I was 2nd in Najdorf OPEN and Zamenhof Memorial, where I made very high performances (2695, 2694). Also same year I became a Grandmaster and made my the highest FIDE rating: 2594.

I played in a lot of leagues, in such countries as: Germany, Greece, Italy, Belgium, Hungary, Turkey, Czechia and Poland

I have been teaching chess since I was 20.

My student became silver medalist in Polish Championship U10 and bronze medalist U12 year ago.

Also I was a second of GM Radoslaw Wojtaszek (2737) and I was a coach during World Team Chess Championship, where Poland got a bronze medal and The 43rd Chess Olympiad, where Poland made amazing performance becoming 4th team and only draw in the last round against India seperated us from the 1st place!

I was a commentator of Polish-Hungarian Friendship Chess Tournament, where I could see over 1000 chess players!
