Why am I being Banned?

I don't understand why I keep being banned..I'm accused of aborting to many games or abandoning to many games. Well the problem is this, I have a very slow internet connection, and when I create a game my connection is so slow that it shows I've left the game when I have not left the game and then in a few seconds it shows me at the game and I've made my move..well by that time my opponent has left the game because they think I've left the game. They either abort the game or they just leave and I'm forced to abort. So that's the problem I'm having.

It is frustrating indeed. However, you might understand that it is also frustrating for your opponent who waits a long time for the first moves to be played (I admit I don't know the time delay after which an abort is triggered by the server).
Obviously the solution would be to search for a better net provider, but I suppose it's not so easy, or you certainly would have changed for it.

I have myself problems on some sites because my operating system and my browser are said to be "obsolete". However they fit my needs till today, and I bravely say I'm the only one having the right to decide which tools I'm using. Sometimes we have to evaluate the balance between positive and negative aspects of our decisions...

If he is being banned due to his internet than it really is not his fault and should not be banned. Sounds like a particularly bad situation I hope a mod sees this and can do something. Im afraid there is not much that can be done though.

I just waited 20 minutes for some little man to move he timed and lost.What is his excuse was his internet slow was his browser obsolete. Or was he embarrassed because he ask me was I American (as if that makes a difference)
