Can I add a team leader in the Team ?

I need to add a player as a leader in my Team to be able to create " Simul and Swiss Tourament ? How can we do that ? My account name is NCA 2019.

Apparently you have no team in the first place. Who do you even expect to take part in a simul or Swiss to begin with?
