Do you believe in superstitions

Well i didnt believe but after an incident i am used to
One day i was cycling w/ my friend and a black cat crossed my path . i n india there is a superstition that if a black cat crosses your path something bad will happen to you . Well at that time i didnt use to belive it but i stopped for a while . My friend was looking at me like nothing . But i continued . I was searching for my friend cuz i couldnt find him . Bro literally went to backrooms but just after that i fell of my cycle . Oh i got hurt . Well i didnt get to much hurt (The cat was a bit white)(RACISM)
But just after that movement when i _____ out i believed in superstitions

What happened is no reason to believe in the superstition.

Every time something bad happens to you, you're likely to have seen an animal before the thing bad happened. A cat, a dog, a bird.

That doesn't mean the animals cause the bad things to happen. It just means that there's a lot of animals around.

I neither do not believe but that cat started coming in my mind i did relation of my incident to that cat

You can think of anything, even if "if you scratch your heel with your little finger, a meteorite will fall on your house tomorrow", then people will believe it. This is autosuggestion and the placebo effect

Whether a black cat crossing your path brings you bad luck or not depends on if you are a human or a mouse.

As a matter of fact, black cats were not always thought to bring bad luck. Among British and Irish sailors black ship cats were thought to bring good luck even and polydactyl cats were especially sought after.

Others choose to live as if their lives are dictionaries and nothing interesting never happens to them because they believe in nothing.

I do believe in timeline...if u do something positive for yourself, you may avoid bad variable along the way for that day or future timeline.... Seeking a better multiverse version
