these are some games i lost. in one of them i lost my queen so early by a silly mistake.sometimes i just dont see that move which i have to do.May be because my brain is too exhausted? because sometimes i play quite well and sometimes i do blunders like those. what am i missing??
see this game. http://en.lichess.org/7qXAQX9MSUm2
at move 14 the game was looking equal and i made the blunder with the pawn.losing my rook.and again in the end i moved the knight's defender.

see how i lost my knight (move 44) in the endgame which would have won the game for me. i did everything to protect my knight.i defended each attack on the knight's defender pawn.but in the end a silly mistake lost everything for me and finally i had no good move to play.
please tell me what i am missing.
In my opinion this game was to short to base any conclusion on engine usage only on it, but I agree with achja, it looks very brilliant and not like a 1400-player.
@kingslayer92
Only today, looking at your ratings, I noticed that your tactics rating is quite low, after having done lots of tactic puzzles.
However, the tactics in the initial game you posted are not 1400 tactic level. Yet, you called it "easy". That is a bit strange in my opinion.
It could be that you had a bright moment of concentration, and it could be that you are good at certain tactic puzzles, and not so good at some other "type" of tactic puzzles.

As a chess coach I would assume right now that you might have concentration problems.
If I feel tired or if my head is full of shopping lists and things like that, and I can't concentrate very well, then I can still play "auto-pilot" (years of experience with playing chess) but the chances that I will blunder will increase at that moment.

One way to improve your chess and avoid blunders is to do the "check" for things like captures, checks and uncovered pieces.

For me e.g. an uncovered piece means a possible tactics disadvantage.
If you read the Nimzo books like "My System" about "ueberdeckung", and apply that, then you might start playing a different kind of chess in the future.
The tactic here is pretty good, above 1400 tactic level I'd say :

but then white starts blundering after a few more moves.
Are you playing chess in a noisy surrounding or on a small display like a phone ?
You may also want to study the endgame. The endgame teaches players about the nature of the pieces. By the way, for somebody that started playing only four months ago, your rating is pretty impressive.
@achja
i mentioned it was easy in the sense that I felt my opponent was blundering and thats why i won. I analysed it again and felt that it wasnt so. Maybe thats my immortal :P..
I think what you said is right. I find some puzzles so easy.most of which involve a sacrifice to win material. I can easily see the knight's fork. But when it comes to rooks i find it a bit difficult.especially in the endgame.I cannot find moves to bring out the rooks in the endgame because i keep one of them always to protect my king in the back rank.Unless I have an extra piece I find it difficult to win endgames.
Can you train me with endgames if you have time?
And I play it in my laptop but sometimes its a bit noisy.

@mruknowwho thankyou.But tell me how to train endgames.
some notes

regarding the posted game, the opponent basically lost the game by himself, he played some terrible moves. that often happens when practicing with no captures. i will say the positional play was good though.

continue keeping pressure and capitalizing on opponent error, it looks like you have the skill for sure

use the no capture style of play, but try to win by getting pawns across instead of trapping pieces, and you will naturally develop good endgame skills

if you slow down and only play people rated 100+ (where points gained > points lost) you should be able to get to 1600 and up very quickly
