I discovered a new opening - The Rhino Gambit!

* You get to sack two pawns ️
* It's never been played on lichess ️
* The computer likes it ️

Stockfish thinks it is only +0.3 which isn't all that good. Still, for sacking 2 pawns its not terrible.

It says the starting position is +0.2, so how do you expect it to get much better than that? The only way that would be possible is if Black makes a mistake or inaccuracy.
9 turns is too long for an "opening" that both side are not making their best move. It is rather a branch instead of an opening I think.
Black is playing top engine moves except 4.. d6, but that one is very commonly played on lichess.
Black offers the d pawn to d5 and this balances out the game. Anywho these games are fun.
After 1 e4 e5 2 Nf3 Nc6 3 Bb5, is it very common to see 3...d6, rather than 3...Nf6 or 3...a6 ?
After 3...d6 4 d4, is 4...Bd7 perhaps more likely than 4...exd4 ?
After 3...d6 4 d4 exd4 5 O-O, is 5...Bg4 more likely than 5...Nf6 or 5...Bd7 ?
What happens after 3...d6 4 d4 exd4 5 O-O Bg4 6 c3 dxc3 7 h3 Bd7 8 Qb3 cxb2 9 Bxb2 Na5 ?
Is this a rhinoceros in name only?
I personally wouldn't call something an "opening", if already the 3rd move (3. ...d6) is not even a sideline but below 1% in the MASTERS database. You shouldn't refer to the lichess DB, since there really is too much sillyness in it, ppl. trying out everything...

Bongcloud has no games in Masters database

Absolutely true, but being played by MASTERS made it famous. If a noname had played this opening, nobody would be interested in it or even giving it a name that ppl or writers would use regularly.

It's similar to the Jobava (/Rapport/Bertramisch) London System - being played long time before but Jobava playing it and the Gingergm promoting and creating chess courses about it, just making it popular (again).
